My master Brad found a bird that fell out of a tree. We couldn’t find the mother, so we phoned the local bird man, Terry Spargue, who writes about birds. So master John phoned him and found out about the Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre in Napanee, Ontario. Susan Meech was nice and kind took the 2 week old baby robin. Master John said there were lots of animals and Susan rescued a bunch of dogs, which is really cool!
I think if I had lots of money, I would donate them some.
Other than that, we had lots of people staying at the Marina. Lots of boats and yes we had lots of rain!
Master John was here a whole week, from June 14 to Sunday, June 22nd! We did lots of work, painting cottage #7, making it look better and it smells good! He’ll have new pictures up on the Westlake Marina site next week. We had a little fun, but he was working and I just stayed around him.
Maybe next time he’ll go walking with me! Oh please, Master John, you need to walk me!
Boy was it hot on Friday and Sunday. I did a lot of swimming to keep cool and the lake was great! It was Woofstock this weekend and I thought, no not me, the water is much better than the heat and wearing stupid dog clothes that aren’t that great. Water rules over stupid street fashion for dogs. I can jump in as many times as I want and my masters were busy with cleaning cottages and their cars.
